Oh wow, January just flew by, didn't it? Well to summarize this month's events, I had a cold two weeks out of the month. I felt like it took a whole lotta out of me. Been thinking as I go into a new year, the changes I would like to make that I didn't get the chance to in 2012. One of these goals is to look extra sharp in 2013.

It's beginning to look like Christmas..

Bedroom in shades of grey

Yea!! I finished the bedroom. Yes, there are a few tweaks here and there, but for the most part, it is 97% done.  But I don't think any room is ever really quite done.

Here is the before (don't mind my brother in the background, helping me on a project, I later changed my mind on. He's always a good sport on these kind of things ;)

Santa Cruz weekend

I had the chance to visit Santa Cruz this last weekend. Beautiful beach town, that I wish I could visit more often. The weather was cool, and the sun peaked out most of the day on Saturday. Next time I think we need to stay a bit longer.
