I have found a new love of country decor. I'm not sure what it is.  Maybe it's just the thoughts of living in a "true-lived-in home" that makes me want to snuggle up in a blanket, drink hot cocoa, make chocolate chip cookies, and sit by a fireplace. All these thoughts come to mind when I see homes with a Country flair.

Valentines Day Around the corner

Oh Valentines Day is around the corner, and this is the time of year when red heart decorations are everywhere. I used to love Valentines Day when I was a kid because I would pass out Valentines to my friends and the boys I secretly liked. It is a truly lovely time of the year.

Oh wow, January just flew by, didn't it? Well to summarize this month's events, I had a cold two weeks out of the month. I felt like it took a whole lotta out of me. Been thinking as I go into a new year, the changes I would like to make that I didn't get the chance to in 2012. One of these goals is to look extra sharp in 2013.
